added: temporary advancedsetting to ignore dts in wav in dvdplayer

DVDPlayer got dts-in-wav handling in r34949. However, dts-in-wav files
are usually 44.1 kHz and therefore our current passthrough code doesn't
engage. Add an advancedsetting that causes dvdplayer to skip DTS
decoding and output the raw data instead, allowing an A/V receiver to
decode the raw DTS stream instead (user request).

This can be removed once we have working passthrough for 44.1 kHz
dts-in-wav (most likely coming with AudioEngine).
