Refactored the construction of some of the core SWT World Window classes

 * WorldWindowSWTGLCanvas has received some of the dodgy code to extract the GLContext from an existing WorldWindow.
  * Whath's the proper way of doing this?
 * Cleaned up construction of WorldWindowSWTGLCanvas
  * Still need to be able to get existing WorldWindows somehow
  * Is this even the right way of doing things?
 * Split out SWTWWGLAutoDrawable class
 * Removed unnecessary constructor from SWTGLCanvasAutoDrawable
