daemonized the process, added init/systemd files

now the program detaches when it is launched. it keeps track of the pid
in a file. (this is not ideal, if the program is killed and then another
process uses that pid.) if a program is running that has the pid in the
/tmp/webnhscores.pid file, then webnhscores will complain and won't
start.

also, i've added a systemd .service file and a init.d script.
inits/webnhscores [new file with mode: 0644]
inits/webnhscores.service [new file with mode: 0644]
