Allow projection function to return multiple poses

This fixes a design flaw. In the case that a robot
can drive backwards, it may either turn around and
drive into the given direction, or just drive backwards.
The first case results in a different orientation than the
second case. As in the projection function there is not
enought information available to discard one pojection
candidate it must return both.

The treenodes are now sorted and displayed in heuristic cost order.
This is the same order as the tree expand order. Thus the

In case that an expanded subtree is found that has worse
cost than the current expanded node, this subtree will
be dropped. Until now the nodes of the subtree were not
reused. This commit changes this behaviour.
In my test the reuse of nodes showed a memory footprint
reduction of ~30%

The nearest neighbour lookup now uses a 'global' grid to maintain a
set of finer grids. The global grid will auto grow and allocate
new fine grids on demand.
Note, the global grid will try to reuse old finer grids and thus will

Laser Scans are not filter prior to giving them to the
vfh_star, which should make the library robot independent.
