The driver stim300 has the IKF filter to compute the attitude directly at this level.
Added example config yaml file of the new driver
Ruby script update with vizkit3d visualization
Included stim300 case stl model.

dedicated types and configuration structures are new in stim300Type
no incrementl_velocity is posible to select anymore
