qtmod_test: add sanity check on existing qt5 directory

If the configured Qt5 directory already exists, do a simple check to
ensure it's really a valid Qt5 directory.  It must at least contain an
'init-repository' script.

Similar to 5c60528c7e3a349ac9e12e4ef871c69a23e28630, this helps detect
situations where a partially-cleaned build tree is being used.
