Add ${INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR} to the include dirs, not ${INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR}/qjson

Having ${INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR}/qjson in the include dirs means one include qjson
files with #include <parser.h>, which can cause the wrong file to be included because
parser.h is a very generic name.

If only ${INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR} is in the include dirs, people have to use
#include <qjson/parser.h> instead, which avoids any confusion.
