Add support for valid cluster number for FAT32

This patch fixes problems seen when trying to fatload large files
i.e. files >100MB.

"Invalid FAT entry" message observed on FAT32 when file size
crosses 0xfff0 cluster. If FAT32, then the valid cluster is 0x0ffffff0
and not 0xfff0.
