New: For embedded example, allow to control Maliit plugin settings from command line

RevBy: TrustMe
Use like so:
$ maliit-exampleapp-embedded -plugin foo -subview bar -path /where/ever
This will load plugin foo with subview bar. Subview should not be empty and
path is optional (in case the plugin is not installed to the default Maliit
plugins directory).
