Merge commit 'refs/merge-requests/1' of gitorious.org:kohakudos/koha-kudos into integration

Updates to orgmap and fix the sign offs

Norwegian changes to orgmap

- All emails @kul.oslo.kommune.no should be Deichmanske
- digitalutvikling@gmail.com is also Deichmanske
- All @enger.priv.no and @libriotech.no emails should be Libriotech
  (there are no patches or signoffs for Libriotech, but that will
  hopefully change ere too long)
