omx_camera: do not use OMX_CaptureImageHighSpeedTemporalBracketing

Doing so (instead of OMX_CaptureImageProfileBase) leads to a crash
of the DSP side, and OMX returning a "hardware failed to respond"
on exit, which will require a reboot. As OMX_CaptureImageProfileBase
seems to do what we want, and is what the omx_cam_test code uses,
use this instead.

This fixes use of omx_camera with camerabin2.
