- A-6E: Moved the instrument model definition in a cockpit dedicated model file. Store the lighting setting.

- A-6E: Nav and collision lights registered as transparent objects. Removed the "noshadow." in objects names as noshadow is now called in an xml animation block.

- Vinson: 'noshadow' animation on the catapult objects.

- A-6E: Typos, trailing spaces, indentation.
