Decrease interval for engine boost calculations. Minor mods to 3d model. Correct movement of Radiator Flap lever. Modify Startup Tutorial. Add Takeoff Tutorial.

Rework using realistic weights and balances. Reduce aileron authority. Correct bug in rudder trim and in radiator flap settings.

Replace the default ATIS voice with a file generated using festival, containing
all airport names with ATIS/AWOS worldwide.  Generated by John Denker, subsequently
converted to 8 bit.
