Fix the transparency issues which turned out to be caused by the alpha
channel that was present in the skin texture. Two overlapping textures
which both have an alpha channel are bad.

McDonnel Douglas MD90, AI version. Model by Innis Cunningham, repaints by

Repaint of the AI Fokker 70 in Malev colors.

AI version of the Embraer Legacy. The Embraer legecy is the business jet
derivative of the the ERJ-145 regional jet family. This aircraft resembles
the ERJ-145 series very much, and can therefore be used as a stand-in for
the business jet.

DeHavilland Dash-7 AI version. The Dash-7 is a slightly larger, 4-engine
version of the more popular Dash-8. Other than the engines, the Dash-8 and
Dash-7 look reasonably similar, so that the Dash 7 can be used as a Dash-8
stand-in until we have a proper AI version.

Bombardier Challenger AI-version. The Bombardier Challenger is really a
business jet, slightly smaller (shorter, somewhat more stubby looking)
than the Canadair Regional Jet. Since the
aircraft are somewhat similar, I'm using the Challenger as a stand-in for
the CRJ, until we have a proper CRJ.
