p51d-jsbsim Cockpit improvements:

Added landing gear lever and placard.  Lever is not animated and still needs hot spots.
Added pedistal for for aileron trim control.
Added Rivets to center floor area.
Added fuel line between floor and fuel tank selector.
Added detail to accumlator can.
Corrected issue with left cockpit wall.
Smoothed rear of left cockpit control console and added an opening for the flaps lever.
New texture foir flaps level with correct coloring.
Added canvas sitck boot.
Raised lower section of center console to approx. correct hight.
Textured rudder pedals to correct color.  Still needs to have NAA logos added to texture.
Improved texture on cockpit control.
