pa24 changes - removed landing light light cone and reverted back to original landing...

pa24 changes - removed landing light light cone and reverted back to original landing light emulation.

pittss1c changes
1.  softened main gear spring and compression to make landing and take off (even touch and goes) possible w/o banging the wings on the runway.
2.  animated the main gear flex to match compression.
