Started a new Cessna 172R panel, targetting a normal factory

Started a new Cessna 172R panel, targetting a normal factory
configuration.  Many things are still missing (most obviously, the
trim wheel and GPS), but it's a start.  The panel is full width and
currently extends down to the start of the centre pedestal; it will go
all the way to the fuel selector eventually.
