p51d-jsbsim Various improvements in the model.

New correct M-194  seat.
Reduced wavyness in the sides of the cockpit.
Improved center glass in windshield.
Fix some minor causmetic regressions in the YASim model.
Removed some extrainous cubes from the pilot model.
Added range animation to the gun site.
