Major changes over and above Citation-737-autopilot.xml
Very signifcant is the smooth transition of heading and VOR
acguisition flight dynamics.

737-Set.xml is needed because it references the 737-autopilot.xml
which needs to be placed in the 737/Systems folder.

737.xml is needed because it corrects a syntax error in the
yaw damper statement.
