Add Bell 206 JetRanger, CH-47 Chinook, and Ecureuil AS-350 helicopter

Add Bell 206 JetRanger, CH-47 Chinook, and Ecureuil AS-350 helicopter
flight models from Maik:

  --aircraft=bell206
  --aircraft=ch47
  --aircraft=as350

All of these currently use the same 3D model as bo105.  The ch47 model
does not seem to work, at least not for me.
