Fix for previos stall warning refinment.

777 ND : runway symbols.

Add the departure / arrival runway symbols. This is a simple (but rotated) symbol at range >= 80nm, and a scaled runway symbol at 40nm or less. Appearance isn't perfect yet but pretty close.

777 ND: make symbols conditional on ND mode.

Update the enable-rules for the 777 symbols, to match the manual. Especially, limit off-route way points to 40NM range, hide most data in APP/VOR modes, disable non-centered option for PLAN, and hide TCAS in PLAN. All makes the display more usable at longer ranges.

PC-9M: Improve LNAV course tracking.

Ensure canvas dialogs clean up all references to canvas ghosts on destruction
