Thorsten Renk: removed obsolete local weather file

777-200: Adapt more font sizes to OSG3.0
More osgtext to be adapted. Unfortunately, these places cannot be adapted
depending on OSG version - so hard-coding font sizes for OSG3.0 (OSG2.x will
show fonts being a bit too small).
Also fix overspeed indication.

Thorsten Renk: local weather 1.18
fixes for a couple of issues, some improved textures/cloud model changes,
smooth instead of hard visibility transitions, updated documentation.
Also removed 'Test' entries from the menu.
(ThorstenB: Also cleaned-up Docs/ folder, moving local weather
documentation images to sub folder).

Continue reorganization.
