Fixes "The name "QL" does not designate any package" error

This patch fixes "The name "QL" does not designate any package"
which you can see, trying to run any quickload command when
quickload does not installed yet. For example `./clbuild system-list`.

In this case, clbuild first runs `install_quicklisp` function, which
broke lisp interpreter's initialization code. At next step, when clbuild
tries to run actual quicklisps command, it can't do this because,
there is not proper initialization code for lisp anymore.

My fix restores original configuration right before exit from the
`install_quicklisp` function.
