ARM: OMAP2+: AM335x: hwmod: do not reset GPIO0

Do not reset GPIO0 at  boot-up because GPIO0 is used
on AM335x EVM-SK to control VTT regulators on DDR3.

Without this some EVM-SK boards fail to boot-up because
of DDR3 corruption.

Ideally this change should be done only for EVM-SK, but
hwmod data is common across all boards and and there is
no known side-effect of not resetting GPIO0 at boot.
