Http header "Content-type" may contain optional parameters like described here:
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec3.html#sec3.7
For example, for text/plain it's typically charset.
Thus, comparing Content-type cannot be just compared a fixed string.
