Two 'autossh screen -RD' fight. Use -d instead -D.

If two 'autossh screen -RD' try to connect to the same host, they
fight for getting the screen which often ends in something like
'screen -x'. Use '-d' instead of '-D' (i.e. no power detach) to not
cause fights.
