Fix compile warnings for apriori

 - Fix all base address type to Elf32_Addr and
   update length modifier in printf
 - Add __attribute__((unused)) for unused parameters
 - Move __attribute__((packed)) to correct position
 - Always allocate a new memory for `output` in `source_t`
to prevent type conversion from `const char *` to
`char *`, and simplify the code for free `output`
