New format for moodle course. Display the course as a workbook. The initial view will show chapters ( similar to sections/topics). The main view will open on section 0, the other sections will be hidden. You can add chapters to this section - they display as links. Clicking on a chapter link will open a new section for this chapter. You can now add sub chapters etc. Each chapter (section) can contain any element that can be placed in a normal section. In addition you can add quiz-questions directly to the chapter (section). Sub chapters can be conditionally displayed depending on score on these quiz-questions.
