Perl Podcast Downloader

This is a little command-line Perl application to manage podcasts. It is based on some code released by Eric Richardson (sark) <e@ericrichardson.com> in March 2005. Bradley M. Kuhn <bkuhn@ebb.org> downloaded it at some point in 2006 and began using it regularly. Eric’s site is no longer available, so I imported it into git and published it here. Honestly, if I didn’t rely heavily on this code for my podcast downloading setup, I would switch to using Bash Podder. But I've been using this code since before bashpodder existed, so I am a bit stuck with it.
