When trying to get initng running I stumbled upon several unresolved symbols when loading plugins. I've made a list of them, which is included in this commit. The list may not be full, as it was created based on actual behavior rather than a code review, but I guess it's a start.

How to apply this merge request to your repository

One way to merge in these changes is to pull them into a local branch for review, verifying the changes and then merge to back to master.

# Check out a new branch for integration
git checkout -b integration

# Fetch the merge request into this branch
git pull \
